Hidden Haven - South Delhi
Behind high wooden gates and dense foliage, a family home sits discreetly camouflaged. The brief was to redo the vast entertainment spaces to cater to the client’s lifestyle. Each area creates a mood and vibe that is warm, inviting and individualistic. A mélange of both modern mid-century and contemporary styles are complimented with the client’s own collection of paintings from the Indian modern art movement. The vast collection of the Progressive Artists Group’s work makes the spaces unique and adds a historical dimension to the contemporary space.
Bespoke furniture and handmade pottery were commissioned for the client. Lighting sourced from vendors in London and Mumbai compliment the design. Our own in-house manufacturing of various lamps in wood, alabaster and brass compliment the overall design narrative. Artisan fabrics sourced from different parts of India elevate the interiors.
