The brand-new duplex apartment was a perfect space for creating a design that best reflected the client’s lifestyle. The high ceilings, French windows and soft wall colours prompted a design that was understated and very sophisticated. On the upper floor are luxurious and elegant spaces for living and dining.

The neutral palettes make use of the abundance of natural light streaming into the rooms. In contrast, the entertainment space on the lower level has a colourful modern Mexican design. In the foyer, an artist’s rendition of the unique Baja plant hints at the Mexican-inspired interiors. A carefully thought-out concept that uses bold layouts, colours and textures coupled with subtle lighting creates an inviting vibe for family and friends.

In the bar area, the 12ft. long Forest Green marble countertop with brass detailing and the chic bar stools are bespoke ASL designs that commission the best of Indian craftsmanship. The client’s personal photographs add an intimate and familial quality to the space.

The vast movie room houses a 38 ft. U shape sofa that makes not just movie watching an enjoyable experience but a perfect area for conversation.
